4. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, with all labels, security seals, and tags attached.

  • Hygiene & Baby Safety: For health and hygiene reasons, certain baby care items, feeding utensils, pacifiers, opened diapering products, and intimate apparel cannot be returned once unsealed or opened.

  • Refund Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, bank card refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account.
